Unemployment is rising according to the BBC. So, that being the case, when you lose you job, interest rates have gone through the roof and it's even more difficult to get a bank loan than it is now... how are you going to buy a house?

Mabe you want to follow you're own advice there.Not everyone will loose their job. Rates rising will help prices come down and those that have a few pound will be ready to pounce. Yeah, your right. I was pretty dumb not to buy my house in Feb 2009 as planned. I only have myself to blame for believing the idiots who post on this forum.
