No refund yet! I'm really annoyed, not because of any sort of greed, but I thought £10 was the correct offer. After all, Superdrug used to give out those £10 discount vouchers in-store.
I'll keep you updated, but I dare say it takes a few days to get a refund. All in all, bad play from Superdrug.0 -

good luck, im calling them 9am sharp, im quite annoyed by superdrug, not for not honoring their glitch (even though it was their mistake), but for taking the money as soon as i ordered at not refunding as soon as they cancelled

Yes it seems they'll be losing more custom than the money they're saving. Bad form to sent confirmation emails, take moneya nd then cancel the orders.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
