Mine has been cancelled, but I am too bothered as an item that was ordered I found was less than half the price another site so even with the £10 I would have got off it would not have been that good a saving.

I have received an email to say there was a technical error and order has been cancelled but the transaction is pending on my credit card.

When you place an order they get an authorisation from your credit card, they then have quite a while once they have this authorisation in which they have to charge the payment or it drops off the account. Some credit card companies show this as a pending transaction on your card which either then goes on to be charged to you account or falls off but in the mean time it is show against your usable balance, some credit card companies do not enter it on to your account therefore it does not affect the account balance. We have had a card that works both ways in the past.

My order was cancelled and I received an email sayingthe order was cancelled.. two and a half hours later I received an email saying Your recurring order has been cancelled'. What recurring order? I have only placed one order and I am unlikely to place a recurring order for the same items!!!!!

Yep. Got an email at 8pm saying my "recurring order" has been cancelled.

Not happy. I genuinely thought that the £10 offer was the correct offer. I had no idea it was a glitch.

has anyone else had the money taken from their account, but their orders cancelled

my order was something like £3.60 after the glitch and that has been effictevely stolen until they refund etc
