Just another idea is to change your number and go ex-directory, it doesn't cost, and will stop them in their tracks. I know it might be awkward, but we just told people we were getting too many junk marketing/scam calls. Its a great way to control who has your number!

I feel so sorry that you are suffering due to your husbands reluctance to deal with his problems. My partner leaves it all to me, but there is one big difference in that there are no money secrets. How and why should you put up with being kept in the dark?. You really do need to have it out with him, for your own peace of mind.

We did get a couple of calls at work, you have to complain in the strongest way possible, like in that letter, they will stop when threatened! Tell them to remove the numbers from their system, and any contact in writing please. Best of luck, and demand he takes responsibility!

We are receiving up to six calls per day from one particular debt collection agency and are tearing our hair out trying to stop them. They are calling us on a works number - a number we have no idea where they got from.

We ae going to try the letter and hope for a similar result as Hootie
