I haved moved PC into another room and was wondering if anyone new what kind of cable is required for extneding it.
Any help appreicated.

Cat 5.Similar to aerial cable and they are a pain to make. Friend of mine worked for ntl and he lent me the tools, odd sort of things and without them it wouldnt have been possible. i was thinking of cutting the cable and then joining it up again to get the length i needed

Probably easier to buy a 10m or 25m ethernet cable from the likes of PC world and no re-wiring needed.- = I also recognise the Robins and beep for them = -0
