Have received £1091 refund !!! Why?0
-
Because you were overcharged?0
-
OP - were you overcharged? Were you put on a tariff more expensive than the one you agreed to? Was your meter broken / uncalibrated?
If not, then no. You're not entitled to a refund. Doesn't matter what the utility provider is or what year you were with them, if you weren't overcharged or put on the wrong tariff, and you didn't have a faulty meter, then no, no entitlement to refund.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

its nothing to do with broken meters or being put on the wrong tarriffs, but how they calculated the 2 bands of charging on your bill,we got a £37 refund from them in november and we`d just changed from n power to scottish power, the over charging goes back to 2007,so if you weren`t an n power customer then no refund0

snooper we got a £67 refund but they informed us about 2 months ago now. They will write to you if you are due, if you cannot wait so long, ring them up.0
