Spent £235 on presents for OH, mum, dad, brother, 2 sets of grandparents and 1 uncle, and the turkey and some booze which we'll take up my mums, oh and wrapping paper
combined with the shop being closed for 7 working days (dont get holiday pay as casual staff) thats cost me -£192 in wages I would have got if we werent closed for xmas
so £430 down roughly but dont have an overdraft of any credit cards, no loans taken out so nothing to pay back
ETA: thats just my loss, not accounted for OH's as he buys for his family and me, but he doesnt loose any wagesI'm not a bloke! :rotfl:My real name is Sinead, Sid is my nickname :rotfl:0 -
It has cost me about £1000 for presents and an extra £70 for food but this will last more than just Christmas and Boxing Day.
I spent about £800 on my son (£500 of this was on a laptop), £35 on mother and sister, £25 on each of OH parents, £15 on OH niece, £15 on OH nephew and £60 on OH
OH buys for me and think that he will have spent about the £50-£750
