Im having trouble with skype.I had it installed on my com and it was working well then yesterday when I started up my com a warning came up on screen saying "failed to load library d3 d9 dill" and skype wont let me in.so I removed it and reinstalled but when its finished reinstalling the same message comes up failed to load library etc..so far I have tried removing it 6 times and reinstalling again and rebooting each time always with the same result.I also downloaded the latest version of skype but still no luck.any suggestions would be very welcome...

"d9" probably refers to Microsoft DirectX9 which Skype may need in order to run. It might be worth trying to install the most recent version of that.

I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

Hmm, sorry I can't help you there, I don't get an error like that. Is there a "continue anyway" option, or an "I accept" option, or "Next" button, or anything else?

nope after the message it just allows you to click finish then tells you download failed.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. I've found this webpage on another site where a user had the same problem, perhaps their suggestions may help.
