Seller increased postage new problem!

As stated in pervious post, I know realise that the seller had put freight in the postage cost and when I put the two items together that the postage was just for one item with other coming up as sent with other item., They must have something set up to do that.

So my fault for not noticing the freight thingy (TSFE buyer that I am!):o

So I now presume I must pay, fair enough!

However I now notice that this morning they have now put dispatched on the other item which is a 99p small object with £5.00 postage on it and not waited to send together.!!

How do I pay the extra £9 for the other item?

Comments

  • Sorry not £9 actually £8.72 with tracking but she wants me to pay £10 for extra costs. postage etc. This is turning into a nightmare!!

I also still don't know how to pay her the extra? Does she have to invoice me as I have already paid her for the two items and the original £5 postage.

Ask her to send you an invoice through Paypal - for services is going to be the most likely one.

Did she originally say £8.72 on the auction listing or £10? Sounds like she would have been better off avoided.

  • She originally said combined postage of £5 but as she put freight on the listing for one item it seems she feels she can charge me anything she likes. I am just going to pay and then mark downs DSRS. The move on!

Yes she would have been better avoided although what I have bought is nice I think it went for less than she thought so maybe she is trying to put me off!

Also her DSRS have gone down after I bought it as she has sold another three things and her Dsrs have gone down from 4.7 to 4.3 for postage!
