virgin are ok. their cust service level has recently increased. but i find powergen online to be a much better tariff. its all done by email and you dont even have to speak to any one.

Most people i have spoken to regarding Virgin energy have said they have had good service from them.

But as with all companies they are relient on their front-line staff via contact centres etc.

An individual can be bad while the company remains good

Anyone know if Virgin Home Energy have increased their prices yet. I am thinking of switching from Basic Power who have just put their prices up by over 20% :o from 10 November. Virgin look a good saving for me :) unless a price increase is still to be made :-/.
    Regards
