Experiences with selling post-Christmas time

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
Hello,

I'm unable to list my items until the 23rd December due to work commitments (and I usually do auctions for 10 days), has anyone had any previous experience with selling around this time?

Is everyone too busy seeing family or is it the opposite and everyone's sitting on their computer on ebay?

Shall I just wait until January to list?

Any advice welcome please

    I've sold stuff after christmas before. People get money for christmas & a lot of them like to get it spent straight away! Lol!

    There are still a lot of people who are alone over Christmas and I have found in the past that even Boxing day sales go well as people are bored of the TV by then.
