Hi there, I have had this delivered today and only just got round to setting it up. Put the cartridges in and it tells me I have a paper jam. No I haven't as I haven't got that far!! Problem is, it won't let me go any further in the set up process, anyone got any ideas please

Turn it off and turn it on again - is that message still appearing?
Just in case, check there isn't any paper stuck by opening the photocopying area to access the cartridges - can you see any paper stuck there?
If that doesn't help, you might need to contact the seller and ask for another.0 -
New printers tend to come with lots of sticky tape tabs to prevent transit damage. These can sometimes be behind panels etc, so make sure you have removed them all - the quick-start guide usually shows where they all are.0

Have you read the install sheet that folds out to the size of a double bed before you turned the printer on?0
