I ordered various items on the above site and as they were offering free next day delivery, then I was confident they would reach me in plenty time for Christmas. This was in November.
Today, I have still received nothing so I call them up to query. They have no record of my order due to a technical glitch and have no idea how much money they have debited from my card. I am so annoyed that they haven't contacted me before now.
However, I am more concerned about other people out there who may be patiently waiting for parcels which will never arrive. If you did make an order with Woolworths at the end of November, I suggest you give them a call to double check.
