It's been 3 weeks for me so far, recorded delivery hasn't tracked them at all. I just want to be able to claim through paypal if I MUST do that. I have emailed the seller today but no reply yet

I would normally enquire about my item after about 10 days and depending on their response open a claim in week two or three. However if they make any suggetsion at all that i need to wait 15 working days or anything like that I would open a claim quite quickly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I ordered some nappies from Ebay, the seller insisted payment within 3 days or negative feedback would be left. I paid the buy it now price 1 day before the auction ended. Delivery was 2-3 weeks....50 days later, I still had no items!
When ever I asked about the item I was told to "be patient!"0 -

that would have been interesting. Sellers can't leave negs.
Hope you claimed your money back and then gave them a neg to ponder.0 -
