HELP Unjustified Account Suspension

Below is a copy of the email that I have just sent to ebay, which is pretty self-explanatory.
What else can I do about this? I tried ringing them up, got cut off the first time (they picked the phone up and put it down straight away), the second time all I got was an email address.
This has SERIOUSLY inconvenienced me and I am seething mad, but as I see it eBay have a (virtual) monopoly and I need them more than they need me?
Any suggestions for getting mad, getting even or sorting it out would be very gratefully received.

Twice this month I have received computer generated emails stating
that my eBay fees were overdue. On both occasions the balance due to
yourselves was either nil or negligible (and in this case I paid the
small balance straight away with PayPal).
After I received the second email I contacted yourselves via your web
form to establish why I was being sent these emails when I did not owe
you any money. I received no reply to this.
Today, without warning you cancelled all of my auctions as a buyer and
a seller without any warning (and still without a reply to my earlier
query). This is extremely embarassing and infuriating as well as
damaging to my standing as an eBay member and from a financial point
of view.
The previous month you removed my status as a Powerseller having told
me previously that I did not need to take any action to remain as a
Powerseller.
With the exception of items that were sold or listed last night I DO
NOT OWE YOU ANY FEES and the balance currently is a negative one
(though i do not feel that this has been correctly calculated).
Please reinstate my account and all of my buying and selling activity
immediately.

This is a bit of tricky one. Have you tried live help? Or posting on the Ebay Q&A? I can't offer any suggestion other than this as i have no experience of this. Really sorry, but maybe a bump up might prompt someone to suggestion something else.

Im sorry to have to tell you this, but when your suspended EBAY dont care.

They wont reinstate your account until you send them id.

If you send it do it this way, Photocopy the documents then go post office and send them signed for otherwise they will say they havent recieved them.

EBAY seriously have CRAP customer services, and the woman on the end of the phone os just a security guard and dont work for ebay just contratced to them.
