has any of the x factor/ itv goodie bag winners received their prize ? Help please xx

Hiya all please don't shoot me down in flames for asking but i was wondering if anybody has received their x fator/itv prize which was kindly posted by toejumper ? I received the winning phone call 4 and a half weeks ago (i remember exactly when as i was just turning my phone off for an exam lol)but heard nothing since. Iam not sure whether to contact anybody yet or if its too soon ? I am also not sure who to contact either as i cannot find the orginal comp (although i did thank obv) thanks for any help

Is it the L'Oreal one? If so they quote 6 weeks for fulfilment and mine took about 5 and arrived by courier.

I had a call the end of October to say I had won L'Oreal comp, but not received it yet. They say 6 weeks so I was putting been late down to the weather been so bad. Dont know who I would get intouch with.0

mine hasn't come yet and its been about 5 weeks, but i wasn't going to chase it up unless it still hasn't come by jan.0

I also won a goodie bag...had a phone call a few weeks ago....she said up to six weeks for delivery.0
