Fragrane X.com - Watch out!!

I was just reviewing the cost of postage to uk from USA for 100ml of Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue perfume.

I ticked paypal and logged in to see the amount total and at the top of the page it said "Payment will be confirmed on next page"

Guess what.. it processes the payment and confirmed my order there and then.

I now have paid £20 for postage from New York.

Contacted Tesco Credit Card and they aid they can`t do ANYTHING.

God Dam it !! It would have been cheaper and quicker going to Boots!

I got stung too, bought a mini cool water and another sample spray and ended up paying £29 I sent them an e-mail to cancel the order but they wouldn't do it. I'm fuming but there was nothing I could do.

Don't sign for the item when it arrives and it will be returned. Under DSR they have to refund you if you are not happy. Also, via paypal you can get your cash back via dispute service, even if you paid via credit card. Don't sign for delivery, then open a paypal dispute. Fragrance X will have to PROVE that you received the item.... which of course they wont be able to and you will be refunded in FULL

why dont you contact the company and tell them to cancel the order before they dispatch.

By the way i was going to order from them couple of days ago but then read that i may be liable to customs so did not order.

i now use this tool for international orders http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-tax-calculation/
