How do I escalate an ebay dispute?

I recently bought a game from a private seller - ilsted as opened but unused and complete.
It arrived but there are some game cards missing. The seller says that because she did not mention them in the listing then she did not have to include them, and has in fact traded these cards on another website - uses the same ID on ebay as the other forum. Fool.
I've opened an ebay dispute asking to return for a full refund, but after a few messages back and forfth she is being stubborn and arrogant about it. I want to escalate it to ebay to look at but i can not find the option - it keeps saying send message to seller.
any ideas?
