Habitat poor customer services

Hi,
It’s so nice to hear that I’m not the only one that has received bad customer service. I recently visited the Nottingham where the manager told me to F*** Off in front of all the customers and staff. When I finally managed to get a number for customer services I was told this was not the first complaint about the person.
I wrote an e-mail as I was asked but heard nothing back. I know that all the stores are closing but this still does not excuse her behaviour r the lack of response for head office. Has anyone else had a similar experience?0 -
No wonder they went into administration.

Here is the reply I got from my complaint, what do you think?
Dear
I am sorry for a delay in contacting you with regards to your shopping experience in our Nottingham store.
I have been on my annual leave for the last two weeks and only returned yesterday; hence my late reply.

One of our main priorities is to provide excellent customer service in all our stores. We train our sales teams thoroughly and monitor them carefully to make sure that our quality of service remains high. I would like to assure you that any type of inappropriate behaviour is always concern to us.

Your comments were passed to our administrators who will address your concerns and make sure that any training needs are looked into to ensure that your experience does not happen again and remains an isolated incident.
I would like to assure you as well that I have addressed it with Valerie to make sure such situation will not happen again in the future.

I truly hope this email will go somehow in restoring your faith in Habitat and that your future visits in our stores will be enjoyable and hassle free.
