    Thanks for the updates everyone!

As of yesterday we were about £10k short on last month. Hopefully we will make some of that up over the next few days as people get paid. As mentioned previously, I will most likely post the new total on Tuesday unless I get some time over the weekend.

Hope you all have a good one if you are off, and don't work too hard if you are not!

Well I have been paid today which is very nice, and I have also received a small payrise which is very surprising! :j

I was running late this morning so didn't make any payments, but will do so later or tomorrow.

Hi everyone - number 37 reporting in.

Good and not so good news from me this month. On the good side I have now managed to pay off a total of £12,400 since the beginning of the year. On the not so good DH has taken out a car loan to replace the main car that died. We tend to buy 1 year old cars and keep them 8 or 9 years - so this will last us way beyond the 18 months loan.

In order that this loan does not put our debt free date back, we have decided that we will increase our target now from 24,000 to 31,000 - so JWIL please can you update me to

    Hello everyone,
:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:jAs you can see from my signature my overdraft has been PAID OFF! :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

I am very excited if you couldn't tell, it really is a load off my mind as now I have a much smaller amount of debt & that's all at 0% interest :) Not only that, but I am now much closer to my target then I had anticipated.

So if you could please update my running total to 120. Pernicious - £2192.77/£5,612.40 I'd be very grateful, thank you!

Hope everyone else is doing well & looking forward to a long weekend

A couple of payments made this morning- one of £18 to Amazon CC, and another of £230 to overdraft. The £230 had been in a savings account for emergencies, but then I decided there is no point paying charges on my overdraft (A&L charge 50p per day- the charge was capped at £5 per month, but is going up to £10 per month). So the overdraft is now half paid off, and when it is cleared can be used as a source of emergency cash whilst I am building up another emergency fund.

(Note to self..... a White Stuff sale is not considered an emergency!:p)

Total paid of debts now £5507.80/£6000 :D
