Has been a long time coming, 17 months of waiting for her to bloody accept liability for driving into the back of me while I was stationary!
It's ridiculous how long these things take to settle. Glad it's sorted now though."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Back from holiday today and have overspent very slightly but alot less than I would have spent overall if I hadn't set a budget at all (if that makes sense!).
No OPs to declare today, just popped in to see how everyone was doing. It's great to see people get over the 10K mark :T- really inspiring to me. Well done Michelle on the job:j and welcome to all the newbies - great to have you aboard.
Hope to be back soon with an OP.

MY new updated figure is £1072.43:T. Smashing through the £1000 mark is very satisfying. This was regular credit card payments. Going to find it hard from here on as the house has been decluttered of stuff to sell on ebay and i need to find £600 as a shortfall for childcare by the end of August so everything now will be going on the childcare. I will still make the regular payments and try my hardest to make some extra payments where possible. I wnat to be free of this horrible debt which is like a weight round our necks.#Sealed pot #085.
