Templates for Bank Charges. HELP!

Help!

I'm currently in the process of reclaiming my bank charges from the Abbey. After I received my Statements which took them nearly four long months to send me, I calculated that they had charged me over £4,000 in bank charges. I am so :mad: with them it's drying me insane.

My friend said that the next step is to put all the information on a spreadsheet which I will find a template in The Consumer Group Library. Well for the life of me, I can find the bloming them and I think i'm going to explode if I look anymore.

Please can someone help, where on earth is this template!!!! Can I find it anywhere else.

How long does it take for the banks to give you your money back. Will I be successful. I really hope so but for some reason I'm really nervous about claiming the money back. I know Abbey, I'm sure the wont pay up. Has anyone out there had successful claims from Abbey.
