Thanks
Firefox is a great browser and far more secure and stable than IE!!
I would encourage everyone to try it - even if you just have it and slowly get used to it - even my dad will use it now even if it did take him the best part of a year!
You can get fancy themes and customise it really well and the tabbed browsing is great (IE didn't invent it - Firefox has had it for yonks) and its all free. For those who don't know it comes from a community of 'computer geeks' who make and improve all sorts of computer stuff and release it to the world for free as they believe that is they way it should be.
(sorry got on to the soapbox then - but it is good - honest - and I'm no 'computer geek' I leave that to the OH lol!)0 -
Cheers yehehes
Been waiting for this release. Far far better then IE will ever be, with the added advantage of not having to have Microsoft wade through your system before it will let you update. You can't have everything....where would you put it?0 -
For a better web browser than IE or Firefox try https://www.opera.com.0

You can download and install Firefox without causing any problems with IE. Keep IE as your default browser untill you feel that you'd like to use Firefox fulltime.
On one computer I run...... 32bit IE, 64bit IE, Opera, Firefox, and 64bit Firefox 2 (Minefield). All these run fine alongside each other without causing problems between programs. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
