To summarize:
- The call center really don't know what they're doing. Many seem to have difficulty with the English language.
- Nearly a month after cancelling my order I'm still trying to get my money back.
I called the call center and they said it would be £8 to send it back and the courier would pick it up on a certain day. That didn't happen. So I called them again and arranged to send it back myself.
That was around two or three weeks ago. Still no refund and I've been charged an additional £8 for a courier that didn't pick up the item.0 -
Awful retailer, they simply do not respond to messages on their messaging system. Ironically they spend a lot of money on buying up other companies & yet they dont invest in customer service. Avoid.0

Also they are racist in some huts. I would much rather my local establishment as your not charged £13-£14 for a simple pizza, hope this jan when they have to up their prices they are cleaned out.
That is hilarious.
