Hyundai - timing belt tensioners a non serviceable item?

Well this is getting a bit silly now. Spoken to the indie again who said £150 includes the tensioners and pulleys, but also spoken to Hyundai again, the mechanic there has said he has never seen tensioners and pulleys go in almost 50 years so I don't know what to do now.
We have not been importing Hyundai's for 50 years, so that doesn't add up..

Lol, I have no reason to believe them as I've never used the before, whereas the indie I know and trust. Although having said that they've no reason to lie to get me to give them less money! I've cancelled and booked it in with the indie, its only an extra £7.50 or something and they include everything. We have not been importing Hyundai's for 50 years, so that doesn't add up..
