Its in Dutch and actually means "Bye Sweetheart, kiss kiss from the bank".

I think a staff member may have sent it in error. Probably only meant for one person.

You could always call them on the telephone number you asked for and ask for the store number. :j

I sent it off; can always add it later if they query it.
