I have a supermarket assignment where I have to enquire about an electrical product. It says I must also purchase something from the Electrical Department. Do you think a blu ray movie would be OK?

I just took the test for ABA QM. But one of the videos didnt play so I could not answer the questions on it. I can't find an email address to add this to my application process. I expect that will be the end of that, do you think??

I will do that in the morning but I wanted to email as well in case they got to the application before I got to phone them. But the link you sent had a email section on that I had not noticed before, so thanks for that.

Everything's gone quiet!

Does anyone know off the top of their head what the time limits are for submitting Gap phone jobs? I submitted one fine at lunch today but when I tried to submit the other when I got home from work it said the number you have to enter to express the assignment was wrong and when I tried to redownload the paperwork to check that I hadn't accidentally printed 2 of one and none of the other it said the deadline had passed.

Now as the time limits for this shop were 0800-2100 I'm slightly confused how the deadline passed before the time limit was up IYSWIM? I've sent them an enquiry but now not sure what to do

The assignment details disappear on the day you booked the assignment for.
I write the number down.
You can try phoning them telling them what happened and see if they will give you the correct number
BUT they want you to download the assigment details and complete it. If the number was wrong they should give you the correct details, but it's likely they will just deallocate it.

Meh! I printed out the assignment details and they all have different addresses but the same number. I have another one to do tomorrow which has the same number but I'm now wondering if I'll be able to enter the details for that either

I've obviously done something wrong, just wish I knew what. I expect I'll get a grumpy email asking why I haven't done it now!

As someone who is new to mystery shopping, I would just like to say that this is not an easy job and it is hard work. I did 4 shops yesterday - a fraction of what some of the more experienced shoppers do in one day - and after completing 4 reports last night I was absolutely shattered!!

I hope ALL newbies see your post...it is not easy money.

I have 5 lined up today, 3 of which have to be done before 11am!! It will take me an hour to drive there but all are in the same town!
I run a small business and have so far carried out 33 this week...plus I was not well at the beginning of the week so have had lots of reorganising to do...I find that exhausting.
