It's not really possible to do it as a full-time job on it's own as there aren't enough jobs to generate an income to live on, some people do travel all over the country though doing loads of shops at a time and then have their partner's income to go with it.

I'm a student and use it to make some extra money when I have 3 hour breaks in my college day, and to take advantage of the alcohol shops so that on nights out I can pre-drink my MS alcohol and get away with spending £10 or so on a night out :) That and things like not having to make a packed lunch because I'm doing a chicken shop or getting money off revision guides etc.

Iam very interested to know if mystery shopping is a part time or full time job for you all?

Its extra money for me at the moment because iam a artist but curious to know if people are doing it full time.:)

It's probably best to track back to the beginning of this thread seeing as you're new, that's if you haven't done so already.

I think that there are a couple of people doing it full-time but i doubt that most newbies will be able to because they won't have access to better jobs just yet.

Also, to be honest i'm really not sure how much actual work there is, what part of the country will you be working?

Didn't have any problems with the refusal to sell it, but if you look in the brief it does state that if you are refused it and therefore can't buy then your report will still be valid.

And the new RE shoppers can't see the pub assignments, I know as my cousin signed up in that weekend and wants to do the pub in our area that's left (which I can see) but she can't see any available jobs at all even when extending her radius with all details 100% filled in.

Hi, I did check the brief and the bit about the report still being valid, I'm just hoping that they'll stump up for the similar product to the one that was specified iyswim.

Re the last bit about RE, I have a feeling that will change, some of the pubs I can see atm have been their for ages, they just keep extending the dates. Maybe they want to have their cake and eat it, ie, get the more experienced shoppers to do the jobs and reports whilst ignoring the reduced fees that generally mean you'll be out of pocket at the end of it.

Bum, me too. Doing a fast supermarket. I've done loads but not for a while. Could someone remind me what I need to buy and do I need to ask a question. I'm OK with the other observations unless they have dramatically changed.

Check out this link on the log in page. Almost wet myself laughing. Surrounded by high calibre individuals. LOL.

Now what a shame it'd be, if we all stuck in false applications and wasted their time like they've wasted each of ours on one occasion or another.

"Sorry RE, someone must've applied for the jobs using my details, I'd never want to work for a shower of sheet outfit like yours".
