It pays to check the GR site as many times during the day as you can.................assignments appear on there quite a while before the email notifications usually!0 -

I did a bit a few years back, can't remember which company it was for. Last year I thought I'd give it another go, so I signed up to the following sites. I was definitely accepted by all of them so that's not the issue. But this is what I've got so far in all the months I've been signed up:
ABAi - nothing in my area when I log in
Blue Apple - haven't emailed me once
Catalyst - nothing in my area when I log in
JKS - nothing in my area when I log in
React Surveys - only email me with assignments hundreds of miles away
Retail Eyes - account deleted, can no longer log in
Qdos - haven't emailed me once
TNS - account deleted, can no longer log in
...woo!
Ok, fair enough, the ones where I have to log in and check, I might just not get there quick enough, but the email ones could at least ask me if I want to do any assignments, React really need to figure out a system of only emailing assignments for the right area and TNS and RE deciding I'm too rubbish to keep on without having done any work for them - big fat raspberries to you too!
abai- how many clients do you see when you log on? not many? go back to the first post on this thread to find out how to add more, or phone them up.
Personally i can't be bothered with these because as far as i can see they don't reimburse spends, but i'm not sure if that's always the case.
Retail eyes- not sure what you mean by 'account deleted' they seem to take anyone. What happens when you try to log on, tell us maybe someone here can give you some advice.
TNS- i found were a bugga to log on to, are you logging on to the VAS, Sassie or the global page. Do you have your fieldworker ID, did you select 'forgot password' to get a new one sent to you.
I don't see why your account would be deactivated, you could always try rejoining, mabe someone else can suggest something.
Finally, there a loads of other companies to join so keep at it.
have you joined GAP, ESA, OC, GR? i'd suggest trying those next.0 -

I though, yeah, right but guess what the score is. 20 mins to go, i'm so scared
Ahh, exactly the same here. My other half was watching the Arsenal game and during half time when it was showin other scores, we were :eek:.
Thought I might have had a worthwhile RE fee for once with that one!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
I've only done 14 jobs in over 3 years with Grassroots, they seem to have very few assignments in Scotland. Good company to work for though.0

They do actually have some form of test now, not sure what it is but my cousin and her boyfriend signed up and the same happened to him as he only got 80%.
But then again I don't think either of them are right for the job tbh as they won't check the job boards often, won't read the notes properly and can't write with proper spelling and grammar. I've tried telling them but they still both signed up. Would love to see the proofreading queries if either actually manages to get a job :rotfl:0 -

Nah...........with GR (and others) people in the same areas can sometimes see completely different jobs, as it also depends on all the other postcodes they've put in, as well as their profile obviously...............so lets give everyone a chance at some!
Just sorting my paperwork for the dreaded tax return, and see I've had 105 jobs with GR, and that's in about 3 years ............and there's been quite a lot I've had in but haven't bothered with........another shopper locally tends to do some completely different areas to me, 'cos some of her other postcodes are different.....I don't drive so leave some of the more awkward places to her!....it is FFF though when the posh supermarket comes in...........thank god for my phone or netbook so I can check emails regularly whilst out & about!
Which we were all doing yesterday at our coffee meet..and managed to nab some jobs! :j
All in all it works out quite well though............plenty of companies out there!!0 -
Does anyone know when the TNS payment usually clears? I can't remember and can't log into my online banking at work to check when I've been paid before0
