As far as I remember, the receipt is on a label stuck to the box, so you'll need to take a photo of it and upload.

Forgot to post what I meant to earlier which was- Does anyone know how flexible PIP are about resheduling? There's a few days left to do it but I booked it in for today.

Make sure you ask for one if you don't see one on the box. More often than not I haven't been given one. I tape a reminder on the (inside!) front door to remind me as the excitement of pizza coming can be too much!

receipt is stuck to the side of the box BUT make super sure it is still attached, I had one that had fallen off in the hot bag with the heat and steam, and had a terrible job getting paid

I have it on good authority that they're quite flexible (thanks jen_br). I had to reschedule one today and they were very nice about it.

I had 9 proof-reading points deducted on one of the sport shop jobs :eek:. When I phoned them this morning they said it was because a new proof-reader had raised 9 queries incorrectly. Apparently it was put back in the pool and there were no queries on it at all, but nobody thought to put the points back on my account :mad:.

Just lately RE seem to be getting very pedantic and are annoying most people I think.

I've had a proof reading point deducted on a job which has cleared for payment but I have no tickets or emails, it's quite confusing.

Cba to chase it though in case they do find something wrong and hold the payment!

Pay by credit card, then they will have to give you your receipt!! Even if you pay by cash, they will have the receipt because they need to know how much you are to pay. Just ask if you can keep it for your records.

by Bare for work I did in December.

Was quite worried after the reports of slow payment on here, but considering I did the jobs on the 18th and 21st I think that's quite a fast turn around!

Straight into my holiday fund it goes

Me too!
1 was a job done on 31 December and one on 4 November (but I had a query on it and think it missed the pay run,
So, one brilliantly quick and one a bit slow
but they're up to date with me now so that's fine
Anyone had an invoice for the chemist job yet?
