  • I anyone can shed some light on what other types of assignments GfK offer other than banks, postal checks, home furnishings and phones it would be really helpful.
I have some pharmacies shown as being available.
Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??
    :coffee:
  • PHARMACIES!!!!!!??????????????

In all my 3 and a half years of MSing I have never seen a pharmacy on GfK.

Oh hang on, is it the audits?
  • Do TNS only accept scanned receipts or can you send a jpeg photo thingy?

GFK do a lot of stuff but it is a lot of allocators calling you and asking if you would be interesting in partaking in programs.

I suppose I should "delurk" as I am trying to do a bit more MS now that DS has started preschool.
I've picked up a Test where I need to cheat, and then if I fail (really hope I don't) I need to ask the administrator for help passing next time. I thought the car sales jobs we cringworthy. Has anyone done thes yet? Could I just use my phone to send a text (innocent mistake) rather than as a calculator (CHEAT!)
Oh I wish we didn't need the money so much...

Edited to add, nice to see some of the old regulars are here still, and lots of new names too.

Welcome, Vicki, if you flick back a page or two, that particular assignment has been discussed a fair bit recently. I've not done it but lots of other people have so there is plenty of advice available.

There's a fair bit of work around so sign up to lots of companies.

Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere but I'm new to all this.
Desperately trying to save up money for a house deposit and alhough I earn an okay wage I need to find more money from somewhere.
I signed up to be a mystery shopper but I didnt realise about the tax thing (sorry, bit naive).
I havent accepted any jobs yet so not worrying yet but ive read that I need to let the tax people know, fill in some forms etc.

Is it actually worth doing it? I cant see myself doing loads of mystery shops - just thought a few would help (along with ebay sales etc etc) but I dont want to end up being taxed to the hilt - is anyone else in the same position as me.
I earn approx £18k before tax at the moment from one job with no extra income.
