Hi guys

Can anyone think of why I wouldn't get notified of anything other than the phone or home furnishing jobs for GFK? The area I do pretty much covers the whole north west so surely there must be something else?

Not being helpful here as I haven't a clue!

The mystery shopper who lives about a mile away from me sees completely different assignments to me. We are in the same age group and gender. No idea why she sees some that I don't see. I can only imagine that they go through the profiling and if you are or aren't a customer of a certain bank then you're not eligible.

The only ones I get on my visits available page are over 40 miles away so I'm not interested.

I never see phone shops on GfK anymore as I am now too old (42 and obviously over-the-hill).

I anyone can shed some light on what other types of assignments GfK offer other than banks, postal checks, home furnishings and phones it would be really helpful.

So if you're covering the North West, where are you? Or have I asked you that before? Are you interested in attending our MS coffee meeting (date still to be confirmed as everyone's availability is very scattered) in Alty?

Only ever seen phones, home furnishings, banks and postal but I think they must have 2 or 3 different phone clients, at least 3 banks and several postal clients so perhaps they're "specialising", probably get more business if you can say to a potential client that you have experience of a particular type of client

I can only see the same as you - quite boring really. Wish I could see more as I quite like the company.

Ooh yes I'd love to attend if I can make it! I live in Wigan but work in haydock so do Warrington and st helens jobs too. Used to work in alty and sale so know the area pretty well x

There's not much more from what I can gather. I dont think you are missing out on too much. Say what you like about RE but they do have a wide range of clients......

I dont think so, I think it's more for field based interviewers, like a group but if anyone is a member then if they could let me know!
