Welly warehouse have stolen my money

I purchased a pair of Hunter wellies from wellywarehouse.co.uk on the 30th November 2010! It is now 14th December and they have yet to arrive.
I sent them numerous emails approx 25, stating that due to late delivery and lack of communication i wanted my order cancelled as i had to go out and buy a pair somewhere else.
Someone called Jo Turnbull, eventually replied and said she would issue a refund on 8th Dec. This has never happened, i am still waiting!
I have now sent countless emails and no-one is replying.
They have stolen my money and i am left with nothing.
what do i do now?
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE ROBBERS AND FRAUDSTERS!

Do they not have a phone number so you can ring them instead of sending loads of emails?
You do realise the weather has been shocking so deliveries are late with loads of companies don't you?
Here you go, although I don't know why you didn't just ring in the first place...

I think you need to calm down a bit. It does say on the homepage that deliveries could be delayed by the weather.
I ordered an item from Amazon at the end of November. I sent them an email because my item is yet to turn up, and they haven't replied. Does that mean Amazon has stolen my money and is a scam run by fraudsters? Of course it doesn't.
It means that companies are busy this time of year, not all staff can get into work because of the weather, they may have tons of emails to rely to, and deliveries are delayed. Not to mention that the PO is busy, and if your attitude in this post is similar to the ones in your emails, then there are plenty of people who wouldn't reply to you either.0 -
Could take a month to get the money back and if you have !!!!!! off the girl who deals with refunds it probably will.
Have you not noticed that the courier companies are currently fooked. The missus has been drving around on a space saver tyre for a week now because the new ones haven't been delivered.

I am waiting for items from play.com posted on 1st and 3rd December, an item from asda.com posted 4th December and another parcel posted 7th December. I'm assuming they are not here yet due to problems with the weather and backlogs of mail to clear. Maybe you should hang on just a little longer OP as it seems we are all experiencing problems with deliveries.0

OP - what happened about this?
I ordered some items the day you originally started this thread, yet to see or hear anything from them.
Tried calling them in December but gave up after a couple of 30 mins calls stuck in a queue.
Emailed them a week or so ago and received an automated response (into my spam folder) advising of delays due to the weather
Just phoned them and got through after about 15 mins in the queue. Apparently they'd emailed me 4 days after my order to advise that they didn't have the item in stock. Didn't stop them taking my money and leaving it at that! I assume the email went into my spam folder and has since been deleted as I never received it.
Anyway, they are now advising that they have one in stock so are checking and will send this out to me if this is the case.
Not perfect service, but nothing untoward like I was beginning to fear!0 -
Personally, I would give them the boot....."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
