    They sent me a 10% off my next order so they knew within an hour I wouldn't be getting them next day delivery.

    I didnt even see the next day del goodness knows when mine will turn up!!

    Has anyone got anywhere about next day delivery with asos?

    I left a message on facebook wed night, told it would arrive yesterday. It didn't so I left another message, they replied saying to look at their answer to my previous question...which was that it would arrive yesterday :mad:

    I sent an email this morning, got an automated type message back.

    Really peed off, I often see their '24/7 customer service' type messages on facebook, and thought they would sort any problems out swiftly, not the case at all.

    got an email this morning to say they have recieved my returned item and I will get a full refund.

    i havent recieved anything in the first place!!!

    I ordered my lil sis xmas present on standard delivery on 15.12.10, so I think we can safely say, they are not going to get here for xmas. This is just awful, all my other online orders have arrived.

    Now Im going to have to dash out and get her something else. Really let down by Asos.
