I'm gutted, i only ordered the Juicy Couture viva la juicy set a few days ago, 20% off and cost me £41.60. I was tempted to unwrap it and send it back (Ordering another today at £26) but i have had a nightmare with them this morning.
Can i just ask what others think. I ordered a Juicy Couture bracelet for my Daughter (Juicy Couture Pave Heart Cord Bracelet - Pink) and on the website it clearly shows on the same page a JC jewellery box. When i received it it was just inside a plastic bag
After many emails since last night they have issued a replacement but i have a horrible feeling it too will be without a box. I have to send the bracelet that i have back although there is nothing wrong with it. All i wanted was the box.
Surely displaying a gift box on the page if there isn't one is false advertising?
ASOS are absolutely fab when things go ok but when there is a problem they can be a nightmare. I wish to god they had of kept their telephone customer services.0 -

I used my daughters.
Make sure they don't intend to use it themselves as once an NUS number is entered it becomes 'locked' to that one account!0 -

I'd love the Juicy Couture set but I can't really justify buying more perfume - not to my bank manager anyway:D0
