I got a "PCN" through the post several weeks after it was written by this company in April, its still dragging on and they are taking me to court in Feb 11, I have spoken with court mediator today and she states that VCS are adamant they have a claim against me, despite the photo of my car stating the time on my ticket being 13:12 and he wrote out the ticket at 13:11 after seemingly watching my vehicle for almost 15mins. Reason he's given for not putting the ticket on the car is that I drove away as he went to stick it on. This company are an absolute bunch of chancers, and their "wardens" are blatantly writing the tickets out later in the day.

Post on pepipoo here on this forum, read the FAQs and stickies and register asap:

They can help you defend this if there's a real Court claim happening (very rare but you can defend it, do not ignore it now).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do as advised go to pepipoo a properly defended case will almost certainly defeat the PPC. They try to win judgement by default.
    Did you contact VCS?
Also be careful what you now post so as not to identify yourself!

hel7209 go to pepipoo without delay, as their help to put up a robust defence is crucial, BTW if there is no fee payable, or a nominal sum say a couple of quid for parking they would find it hard to justify an excessive charge for 15 mins of overstay.
