Photoshop CS4 Tutorails / Book wanted

I am very new to using Photoshop in our work place they have removed all graphic packages and replaced with photoshop cs4. I am looking for any decent websites to get me started or any decent books or PDFs would be great.

Don't know what level you require but just google for CS4 tutorial . Plenty on youtube also.
