RBS Online banking temporary problem

Just thought I'd let you know that RBS has a problem this morning with it's bill payment and funds transfer services.

Funds are leaving the account but not registering at the destination account.

They are working on the problem now and hope to have it fixed this morning but if you need anything asap, it might be better to visit a branch to take your money out and transfer or pay a bill yourself directly.

I was just about post about this, its affecting Natwest aswell. Just transferred some money from my savings account to my current account, and its left my savings, but not showing in my current account! It better be fixed ASAP as I get paid tomorrow! :eek:

I tried to buy something online and it used RBS worldpay. Couldn't connect to that either

I spent an hour and a half trying to get through to digibanking (RBS online counterpart). When I eventually got through I was told there had been a "major incident" and that account holders where being asked to check accounts after 2:30pm.

Just checked my account again, seems to be OK now, money is there

The money I transferred this morning has appeared, however the money I have just tried to transfer has disappeared again. Perhaps not completely fixed quite yet.
