I wanna PDA

I am posting this here as well as the I wanna threads to see if anybody here can help.

Can anybody point me in the right direction to get a PDA - colour screen if poss but just to do basic stuff, doesnt need to be one of the ones with a sim card. Would just like to use mainly as a diary and possibly to write and hold documents on and transfer between PDA and laptop.
Thought I found one on Amazon but the order failed as they marketplace seller did not accept payment via amazon ???? not sure what that meant but am getting a bit sick of trawling the internet for this.

Thanks for reading

yep cheapest way is to get one of the MDA/XDA/SPV M series from the mobile companies. Ive have 3 SPV's from orange on free upgrades over the last few years.

If you want a basic one buy an old one of ebay but the risk is the battery could be goosed and no use.

You don't say what budget you're looking at, but the best (non-phone) PDA on the market is the Dell Axim x51v from £220. If you can't stretch to that, then have a look at the older x50's as they go for about £100 on ebay.
