Hi,
My mother in law is 68 and has a disabled badge due to poor mobility. I've looked on the 'Guide to benefits' and can see she can't get DLA as she's over 65. Not sure if she meets the criteria for attendace allowance. Is there anything else? She only get just under £60 a week state pension as she worked only part time and was ill advised about her NI contributions.
Thanks in advance.

If she lives alone she can claim Pension Credit (£130 pw) and she'll get her rent and council tax paid.0
