play.com must be one of the biggest online retailers. I have been using them for years with no problems. but i do know that if they send you something and it doesn't arrive you do have to wait a while before they will even think about sending you another one out. but they will sort you out in the end

go onto Play.com and type in Surprise Egg Maker in the search and then it comes up

Delivery can take a while, but otherwise I've had no problems.

Have ordered loads from them and pretty reliable - although delivery can take a while. Have always thought I would order more from them if they offered a next day option like Amazon do.

I used to use Play a lot and never had a problem with them: goods always arrived quickly, and once when I ordered a DVD box set that turned out to have a disc missing, I rang them up and they sent out a replacement set straight away. I haven't used them much in the past year or two but not due to any problems, I just tend to buy from Amazon more as it's cheaper usually.

Just a thought... do you have a Home & Bargain near you? Cos I noticed yesterday, they had the Chocolate Coin Maker (not the Surprise Egg maker but similar and made by the same company) for £3.99

I've used Play for years, no worries. Only once did something not arrive, they asked me to wait a few days and let them know if it still didn't arrive and then immediately refunded my credit card (without waiting iykwim)
