play.com must be one of the biggest online retailers. I have been using them for years with no problems. but i do know that if they send you something and it doesn't arrive you do have to wait a while before they will even think about sending you another one out. but they will sort you out in the end ;)
  • go onto Play.com and type in Surprise Egg Maker in the search and then it comes up
thanks for your replies, ive just ordered xxx

Ignore this, play.com are 100% fine, use them all the time, at least a couple of orders per week, and never had any problems at all.

Yes just ignore this thread as well!!!!!

  • I've brought virtually all my toys from play this year not had a single problem.

  • I want to order this but I'm a bit worried they've made A mistake as it also shows the same for £17.99 hope they haven't listed the refill pack in error ?

  • Delivery can take a while, but otherwise I've had no problems.

Have ordered loads from them and pretty reliable - although delivery can take a while. Have always thought I would order more from them if they offered a next day option like Amazon do.

I used to use Play a lot and never had a problem with them: goods always arrived quickly, and once when I ordered a DVD box set that turned out to have a disc missing, I rang them up and they sent out a replacement set straight away. I haven't used them much in the past year or two but not due to any problems, I just tend to buy from Amazon more as it's cheaper usually.

Just a thought... do you have a Home & Bargain near you? Cos I noticed yesterday, they had the Chocolate Coin Maker (not the Surprise Egg maker but similar and made by the same company) for £3.99 :)
  • I've used Play for years, no worries. Only once did something not arrive, they asked me to wait a few days and let them know if it still didn't arrive and then immediately refunded my credit card (without waiting iykwim)

  • used play.com for over 5 years, everyone i know does :)
