Contacting Paypal Credit Card/Mastercard

Following an email I received earlier telling me my statement is ready for viewing, I have been trying all evening to access my account. I don't know whether Paypal or Santander are working on the site but I just need to know how much I need to transfer from my bank account.
I cannot find a telephone number to contact them to hear my balance and the number I found just now will not accept my credit card number when I tap it in.
Does anyone have a contact number?

Their online site is working again (I've just paid my Paypal Mastercard).

that your minimum payment had gone up? They've sneakily raised the minimum payment to 5% from 3% on many Paypal credit cards - mine being one :mad:0

Yes, I did notice my minimum payment had increased.
I felt really pleased with myself for only using my card once last month, but that lasted a few seconds when I realised my minimum repayment had increased by £20.
I am contacting them at the moment as there is a strange entry on my recent transaction. It states 'Bucket Transfer Refund £0'.
Next year, I am going to pay double my usual monthly repayment in the hope that I will get it paid off quicker so I can cancel the card.0 -
Well their site has been down all today.. I've just been accepted for a 0% virgin card and want to get rid of my Paypal credit card balance - not just because they have the worst online system I've ever used, but also because my interest rate has gone up in stages from 13.6% to 21% - this while other rates have dropped, and I've never missed a payment. As soon as the site is back up (not holding my breath) I'll get the exact balance and be away. I don't like being ripped off so it's goodbye Paypal!0
