Don't know about fileguru, but DRM is Digital Rights Management thus if you don't have the rights then go ahead, but don't expect much help with the "Got this virus from a download" thread

Pretty much as DCM has said above - it doesn't really matter where you get them from, these are tools designed to break copyright control.
You run them as an act of faith, and the one thing you can be sure of is that there is more money to be made from spreading malware for running botnets than from giving away free DRM cracking software...0
