NPower - dual fuel/direct debit discount
Can't find that this has been posted elsewhere, apologies that it has.
I called NPower last week to switch tariffs as the one I was on had come to an end, and then realised that the dual fuel/direct debit discount of £100 had not been taken off my bill or paid into my account.
If any of you are with NPower and eligible for any discounts then I suggest checking your bills to see that they have actually been applied.

I'm on SOL 19 and my discount will be deducted in Feb 2011.
Not sure how they work if out. I received a email from npower that my annual discount date is September but dual fuel discount is due in Feb 2011.[FONT="][/FONT]Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0
