hi
jjust wondering how long it takes a debit card payment - either online or in a shop - to show up on a cashpoint balance
just asking because can't get to one that does a mini statement...

Hi,
It can take a few days before the transaction will be reflected in your "balance", however, as well as a balance, you should have an "available balance" - this includes deducting the transaction but will also include any overdraft etc that is available to you...
i.e - if your balance was originally £100 and your transaction £20.. you may see:
Balance: £100
Available balance: £80 (assuming no overdraft)0 -

what about cash taken out of the cashpoint? is that debited immediately?0 -
Yes if you withdraw any money from the cashpoint it is deducted straight away
