This week I have got £17.97 for a mobile phone from envirofone and 1 mobile still to be valued. Been doing a few matched bets which I can hopefully complete before Thursday. The grand scarf sale is tonight
will post the outcome later
I have got signed up with 1 mystery shopping agency but nothing suitable has come up yet, must say though the questionaires look a bit daunting though

I've done very little this week, although I have got DH signed up with Quidco as he wanted to place a bet. I explained how Quidco worked and he didn't believe me until I showed him the £147 I had sitting in my account ready to pay out.
So I have £2.81 tracked in Quidco for me and £30 in DH account tracked. As it is all going towards the same go (baby account) I hope people don't mind me including this.0 -
Hi all,
I have done well in the 'Money From Nothing' challenge as I knew I couldn't meet the target but was happy to earn what I could - over £340 so far! Am finishing this week, happy in the knowledge that this free money will now pay for my holiday to Thailand next week - an amazing result.
I will join you guys in January on this - was made redundant 2 weeks ago so will have plenty of chances to look in charity shops, click on Pigsback etc whilst doing interviews/temping etc.
Well done everyone and congrats to Welshlassie on new baby!MFW #185

Week 4 £12.51 - ebay
Week 5 £89.79 - pigsback £10 voucher, ebay, matched betting & Quidco
Week 6 £117.25 - sale of scarves, matched betting and envirofone

still a bit short of the £100 per week that I wanted to get but am still very pleased with the result. Next week I still have some scarves left over to sell so a friend of my Mums is taking them into work and to her family to sell. I have some more matched betting to do and another phone to go through envirofone.
Good luck with the challenge everybody :T:cool: Official DFW Nerd Club Member #37 Debt free Feb 07 :cool:0 -

Hi all - don't forget to grab Tabasco sauce in the supermarkets - the last date for you to get the tokens to them is 31st December - bottles are £1.29 each and if you buy two and cut out each coupon (£2.58) you can send off for a FREE Odeon cinema voucher - a massive saving of £3.92 per ticket. :T
You could then sell them on E-bay for £5 each BIN, towards the challenge.
I have got 6 Odeon tickets to claim so far (bought 12 bottles) and enough Tabasco to last years - in fact I checked and the bottles only expire in 2011
6 Odeon tickets = £39 at normal price @ £6.50 each
6 Odeon promo tickets = £15.48 @ £2.58 each
Saved £23.52 so far on 6 tickets!
As it is one per household, you will need to harrass any friends and family that you can so you can use their address.
Start 2007 in style by reducing your cinema budget by two thirds!MFW #185

thanks for that EL - will try to get into a Sainsbury's at the weekend but we dont eat Tabasco so may have to go over to old style for tipssorry to hear of your redundancy, hope you manage to get another job quick
update from me - I have a couple of matched bets finishing off tomorrow and am waiting to hear if any more of my scarves have sold. I am going to check out a indoor car boot sale not too far from here on Sunday. But I am busy next Sunday and the next is Christmas Eve so I dont think it would be a good one to do, so may have to wait till the New Year for that one.
Good luck with the challenge everybody:cool: Official DFW Nerd Club Member #37 Debt free Feb 07 :cool:0 -
