Mis sold ppi???? what to do now??

Ok so me and my girlfriend decided to buy an astra vxr 4 years ago for £20,000 i had bad credit so she got finance in her name,
Now ive been reading alot on the forums and stumbled on a few ppi threads so i decided to dig the paperwork out to find we have ppi but now im positive we didnt ask for this, we always decline ppi now im just wondering if i have a leg to stand on ??
Any advice would be great, its a few bob we@ll of paid betime the cars paid for at the end of this year.

Hi there, if you have reasons for being mi sold ppi then take a look here and you will find all the info you need to put a claim in and reasons that may be applicable to you.

Thanks for that I look, was just wondering as I've heard stuff on the radio etc "have u been mis sold ppi insurance" we can help etc, but my thinking is they will charge a fortune for there troubles.0 -

I agree with amersall, if you believe this ppi product was mis sold, then give it a go on the reclaiming, by clicking on the link posted by amersall, you will come across a reclaiming questionnaire, this replaced the reclaiming template letter.
You send this completed questionnaire to the ones who set up the policy (Head office), remember to keep copies of all you send and receive, in case you need to refer to this again at some point.
They normally have 8 weeks to give a decision, good luck and please keep us posted, and also feel free to post up on the below reclaiming section of the threads too.

I would have a go yourself, these claiming companies only do the same as we all do on here, and they charge, and this on here is all free, however - lots have also had hassle using claims companies, its well worth giving it a shot with help from this site if required.The one and only "Dizzy Di"
