what phone, My desire turns off the wifi without actually turning off the wifi so get that error (power saving thing).
To fix you turn off and on again the wifi in settings or if you have the widget bar up for wifi use that. takes a few seconds and your back running againSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
done a google and it seems its quite a common problem with no tried and trusted remedy0

Why not enable 3G, disable wireless/wifi, and do it that way? I never bother with wifi, apps are small enough that HSDPA/3G is plenty fast enough.0

I think what you've found with your search is a different problem - just occasionally a download doesn't kick off - all you need to do for that is retry it. I haven't seen what you're describing at all with my phone.
What I'd suggest you try is the AppBrain PC interface to the market - http://www.appbrain.com/ - see if you can get the Fast Web Installer which will push the selected app to your phone. I don't use the "push" now myself because you have to keep reinstalling it for some reason so I just stick to usig the AppBrain app on the phone and syncing through that to pull down whatever I've selected.0 -
factory reset seems to have sorted it0
