The price is ridiculous considering that they don't have the infrastructure and set up charges that outdoor concerts have, and no doubt the line up of 2 - 3 support acts to. You don't think he's paying maintainance charges to this lady do you?

They are called danceclub tickets - which are right in front of the stage with access to bar. £75 each. Go get them!
