Hi,
I decided to switch my capped rate to another supplier, but then found my original supplier was actualy the better deal. I have decidied to go baCK with them, however it now appears i m going to get stung £30 per fuel (I.E £60 for gas and electric) to suspend my initial switch agreement. A warning to all!!! Is there any way out of this mess?? thankyou.:mad::mad:

Why are you upset? Many tariffs these days have penalty charges if you leave early. There are alternative (more expensive) tariffs you can switch between that do not carry such penalties if that is your preference. You elected not to choose to such a tariff.
Are you sure the original supplier has the better deal? That would have been apparent on the comparison site when you were first choosing.0 -
Hi exemption64 - TAKE CARE All too often when your current supplier learns that you are Switching, you get a phone call telling you that your old supplier can offer you a better deal than the new, which sounds good till you get the 1st bill which is higher than the guy on the phone led you to expect.
Get onto your old supplier and ask tham to confirm all the details of this wonderful new tariff in writing or by Email0
